Gila Sutton, a veterinarian and a friend of Taube's from the school of Public Health at Hebrew University, emailed to Taube's family on 11/29/11,
"I would very much like to dedicate my doctorate to Taube's memory. She and I started our doctorates together and she was unable to complete hers, so I want to put a dedication to her memory in mine. I hope to receive your blessings in this endeavor."
